General Info
As I've said, my name is BD! I'm a 16 year old artist. I prefer the pronouns She/Her, as I am perfectly comfortable with being a girl. You can find most of my art on my Tumblr, however please remember I don't post much! I'm really not the type to constantly pump out content. Every now and then I'll post things I've doodled and that's about it..I suppose I can also say I'm a cosplayer? Just hardly. You just gotta squint.. I hope that one day I can dedicate more time and money to it, because I absolutely love dressing up! I'm not gonna post pictures of my face online though. Y'know how people are.. I usually just share among closer friends.Another thing is that I really like writing! I love creating characters and stuff like that. One day, I wanna be able to write and illustrate my own manga.. I'm very slowly getting there, I SWEAR I'll do it. Shush.I'm very open to making new friends! So, if you wanna reach out— PLEASE do. I IMPLORE YOU!! WAAAAHH!!
My Interests
Honestly, I'm a real sucker for older media. Old manga, old anime, old video games, you name it! I guess compared to most, my interests are very niche.. which is a bit painful sometimes, because when the thing you're completely OBSESSED about and talk about all the time is something nobody knows? Well, uh.. you don't really have anyone to really ramble about it with! But of course there's also pros to having the things you like be lesser known. For one, you don't need to worry about toxicity and stuff you'd usually find in a fandom community.
Blah blah blah, now I'm just rambling. Let me actually name some of the stuff I'm into!
★Kaze to Ki no Uta/Poem of the Wind and the Trees☆Legend of the Galactic Heroes/Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu★Rumic World☆Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War★Toward Terra☆The Rose of VersaillesOlder anime and manga is a HUGE inspiration for my artstyle! My biggest inspirations being the artists Rumiko Takahashi, Keiko Takemiya, and the artstyle for the LOTGH ova! I've always really, REALLY loved the look of older media. Before I got into old anime, I was really into old toons like the movie The Thief and the Cobbler.
